GF Cranberry Bread

Ingredients READ ALL FOOD LABELS TO ENSURE NO HIDDEN GLUTEN
1. 2 cups GLUTEN FREE all-purpose flour
2. 1 1/2 Teaspoons Xanthan Gum
3. 3/4 cup white sugar
4. 3/4 teaspoon salt
5. 1 1/2 teaspoons GLUTEN FREE baking powder
6. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
7. 1 cup chopped cranberries
8. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
9. 1 egg
10. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
11. 3/4 cup orange juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
3. Combine the flour, Xanthan Gum, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
4. Add the cranberries and walnuts, and stir to coat with flour.
5. Mix together the egg, oil, and orange juice.
6. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, and stir until just blended.
7. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
8. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
