GF Fudge Frosting

4 3/4 Cups powdered sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 Cup margarine
1/3 Cup boiling water
Instruction
1. Mix powdered sugar and cocoa.
2. Add margarine, boiling water, and vanilla. beat with an electric mixer on low speed till combined.
3. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed till combined.
4. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.
5. Cool for 20 to 30 minutes or till of spreading consistency.

Frosts tops and sides of two 8 or 9 inch cake layer.
