GF Guacamole

Ingredients READ ALL FOOD LABELS TO ENSURE NO HIDDEN GLUTEN
2 Medium very ripe avocados, seeded, peeled and cut up
1/4 Cup onion, minced
2 Tablespoons diced green chili peppers
1 Tablespoon parsley or cilantro
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Clove garlic, minced
Dash of salt
Tortilla chips
Instructions
1. In a blender container combine avocados, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
2.Cover and blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to serving bowl.
4. Chill up to 24 hours. Makes about 2 cups
