Baked Codfish with Lemon

Ingredients
8 Codfish fillets, 6 ounces each
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper and paprika
16 Lemon slices
3 Tablespoons small capers (optional)
1/4 Cup margarine softened
1/4 Cup chopped parsley
Instruction
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Place fish in pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Top each fillet with 2 lemon slices and sprinkle with capers. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to preheated broiler. Broil for 3 minutes or until lemon slightly browned at the edges. Top each serving with margarine and allow to melt. Sprinkle each with parsley. Serves 8.
