Baked Breaded Pork Chops

8 (5 ounces each) pork chops
Seasonings to taste: salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, or sage
1 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
3/4 Cup light mayonnaise
1/4 Cup nonfat milk
Trim all visible fat from pork chops. Season pork chops with seasonings of choice. Mix mayonnaise and milk in a bowl. Place bread crumbs in a bowl. Coat each chop with mayonnaise and then bread crumbs. Place chops in a baking dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake chops for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
