Baked Fish with Cilantro and Lime

8 Codfish or haddock fillets, 6 ounces each
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper and paprika
½ c. Cup snipped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 Teaspoon lime zest
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Place fish in pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to preheated broiler. Broil for 3 minutes or until lemon slightly browned at the edges. In a small bowl stir together cilantro, oil, lime zest and lime juice. Spoon over fish. Serves 8.
