Baked Rigatoni with Beef

32 oz. Spaghetti sauce
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 lb. rigatoni pasta
2 cups shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese
½ c. Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce to beef in large skillet. Cook for 10 minutes until hot. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain. Combine pasta with meat mixture. In a large baking dish spread pasta and meat mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serves 8.
