|1 pound lowfat ground beef
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 small jar pizza sauce
2 cups shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
|1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2. Add garlic powder.
3. On a floured surface, roll dough into a 13-in. circle.
4. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 12-in. pizza pan.
5. Spread sauce over crust to within 1/2 in. of edge.
6. Top with beef mixture.
7. Top with cheese.
8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
