Blue Cheese Chicken

6 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 Cup lowfat blue cheese salad dressing
1 Cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Nonfat milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour blue cheese dressing into a flat bowl. Thin with a little water or milk if dressings is very thick. Place bread crumbs in a second bowl . Dip chicken breast in dressing. Drain excess. Then dip in bread crumbs, thoroughly covering chicken. Bake in oven on a cookie sheet or shallow pan for 30 minutes or until fork tender
