Broccoli and Tortellini Salad

4 Cups fresh broccoli flowerets
20 oz. fresh cheese filled tortellini
½ c. mayonnaise
2 t. sugar
2 t. cider vinegar
1 cup raisins
1 red onion, finely chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled or ¼ c. bacon bits.
Cook tortellini to directions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold water. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar to make the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, tortellini, bacon, raison, and red onion. Pour dressing salad and toss. Chill for two hours Serves 8.
