Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

4 Cups fresh broccoli flowerets
4 Cups fresh cauliflower flowerets
6 Green onions, chopped
¾ c. sliced radishes
½ cup carrots
1 Cup light mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 T. sugar
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
6 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled
In a large bowl layer cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, radishes and carrots; set aside. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over vegetables. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours. Before serving toss to coat. Serve cold. Serves 8.
