Broccoli Salad

4 Cups fresh broccoli flowerets
6 Green onions, chopped
1 Large tomato
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Mix broccoli and onion. Cut tomato in bite size pieces and add to broccoli and onion. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add to mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve cold. Serves 8.
