1 10 Ounce frozen broccoli, chopped
2 1/2 Pounds diced cooked chicken
4 Cups cooked brown rice
1 Cup light sour cream
1 Cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 Cup bread crumbs
1 (8 oz) Jar salsa
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until tender; drain well. Combine broccoli, salsa, chicken, and sour cream. Pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and than bread crumbs. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8.
