|1 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
|1. In a small bowl combine pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce.
2. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour over sauce and stir.
3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
(can also be cooked in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hours) 8 Servings
