Chicken Salad with Cranberries

2 lbs Chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 cup diced celery
1 cup dried cranberries
6 green onions, sliced
¼ cup honey
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
Lettuce leaves
Mix together. Chicken, celery, cranberries, and onion. In a small bowl whisk together, honey, mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper. Top with almonds. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 8
