Chinese Chicken Salad

1/2 c. Crispy Wontons
2/3 Cup seasoned rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 Teaspoon ground pepper
8 Chicken breasts halves, cooked and cubed
1 Large head green cabbage, thinly sliced
3 Green onions, chopped (include part of the green)
3 Tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1. Prepare dressing by combing the seasoning packet, vinegar, oils, and pepper.
2. Mix well.
3. Pour over cubed chicken and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
4.While marinating, prepare cabbage, onion, and sesame seeds.
5.Place in a large bowl.
6. Add marinated chicken.
7. Toss well.
8. Top with Wontons. Serves 8.
