Chocolate Frosting

4 1/4 Cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla
1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 Cup margarine
1/4 Cup milk
1. In a bowl beat margarine till fluffy.
2. Gradually add 2 cups of the powdered sugar, beating well.
3. Slowly beat in the 1/4 cup milk and vanilla.
4. Slowly beat in remaining sugar.
5. Beat in additional milk, if needed, to make of spreading consistency.
6. Frosts tops and sides of two 8 or 9 inch cake layers.
