Eggs Seafood Florentine

2 Tablespoons margarine
1 Onion, chopped
2 Packages, defrosted chopped spinach, drained
2 Small cans white sauce1 Pound of imitation crab meat
8 Eggs 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Brown onion in margarine in large lidded skillet. Add spinach, white sauce, and imitation crab meat. Heat through. Add pepper and salt. With large spoon, make indentation in mixture and slide in eggs. Cover and cook on low until eggs are cooked to order. Sprinkle with paprika and parmesan cheese. Serves 8.
