French Toast

3 Eggs or 3/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 Cup nonfat milk
1/4 Teaspoon salt
8 Slices white, wheat, French, Texas Toast, Sour Dough or raisin bread
Powdered sugar
Beat eggs, milk, salt, in a bowl with a fork until blended. Grease large skillet with small amount of margarine. Dip bread into egg mixture one at a time and transfer to pan. Cook on medium heat until golden brown. Turn over and cook until golden brown on the other side. Serve with powdered sugar. Serves 8.
