3 Eggs May use egg substitute
1/2 Cup milk
1/4 Teaspoon salt
8 Slices white, wheat, French, Texas Toast, Sour Dough or raisin breadMay use whole grain bread
Powdered sugar(optional)

1Beat eggs, milk, salt, in a bowl with a fork until blended
2Grease large skillet with small amount of margarine
3Dip bread into egg mixture one at a time and transfer to pan
4Cook on medium heat until golden  brown
5Turn-over and cook until golden brown on the other side. Drizzle with powdered sugarCook until internal  end temperature is 160 ° degrees F.
