Garden Chicken and Pasta Salad

16 oz. package of dried rotini pasta
2 lb.s chopped cooked chicken
3 cups broccoli, chopped
1 red onion, sliced
1 1/2 cup lowfat ranch dressing
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
lettuce leaves
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Cook broccoli in small amount of water in microwave. Drain. In a large mixing bowl combine pasta, broccoli, chicken, green pepper, and red onions. Toss with dressing until well coated. Cover and chill for 4 hours. To serve, arrange the on lettuce lined salad plates. Stir the pasta mixture and divide mixture among plates. Garnish with red peppers. Serves 8.
