Glazed Salmon


1/2 Cup soy sauce
1/2 Cup honeyimg_0885
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
2 Tablespoons oil
2 ½ lbs Salmon
1/4 c. sliced green onions
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, seseame seeds, garlic powder and ginger. Set aside. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add salmon and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through. Pour 1/2 sauce over Salmon. Heat sauce for about 5 minutes. As the sauce is heating baste salmon with sauce. Remove from heat. Garnish with green onions. Serve with sauce. Serves 8.
