Greek Salad

1 large head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and chopped
1 small can pitted black olives, drained
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 Cup olive oil
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 lemon, juiced
ground black pepper to taste
In a large bowl combine romaine lettuce, onion, olives, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and cheese. In a small bowl whisk together oil, oregano, lemon juice and black pepper. Pour over salad Toss well. Serves 8.
