Grilled Ham Steak with Pineapple

1 Large can pineapple rings with 1/2 Cup juice from the can
1/4 Cup Dijon-style mustard
1/4 Cup honey
2 (1 Pound) cooked boned ham steak slices
Drain juice from pineapple rings. In a small bowl mix pineapple juice with mustard and honey. Place ham steak on rack broiling pan and spread with 1/2 mustard mixture. Broil 3 to 4 minutes. Turn steak, top with pineapple slice, and spoon remaining mustard mixture over pineapple. Broil 3 to 4 minutes longer or until pineapple is lightly browned and steak is hot. Serves 8.
