Grilled Pineapple Salsa

8 slices of canned or fresh pineapple (about 2 c.)
1 jalapeno pepper, halved, lenthwise, seeds removed
1 T. lime juice
Salt to taste
Grill pineapple and jalapeno until slightly charred. Remove from grill, and finely dice pineapple and jalapeno. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, pineapple and jalapeno. Salt to taste. Serves 8
