Ham and Fettuccine

2 (9 oz.) package of fettucine
2 lbs. diced cooked ham
¼ c. margarine
¼ c. all purpose flour
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
¼ t. black pepper
2 cups frozen peas
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside Melt margarine in medium sauce pan . Stir in flour. Gradually add evaporated milk and chicken broth. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, ham, peas, and pepper. Cook until cheese has melted and heated through. Toss the sauce with the pasta. Serves 8.
