Ham and Macaroni Twists

4 Cups cooked rotini or elbow macaroni
2 Pounds cubed cooked ham
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
2 Packages (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
2 Cups nonfat milk
2 Cans (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of celery soup
2 Cups shredded lowfat Cheddar cheese
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large baking dish, combine hot macaroni and ham. Divide broccoli spears into 8 small bunches. Arrange bunches of spears down center of dish, alternating direction of flowerets. In a small bowl, combine milk, soup 1 cup cheese and the seasonings; pour over casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese down the center of the dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 8.
