Ham and Pasta Salad

16 oz. package of dried medium tiny star macaroni or elbow macaroni
2 lbs. chopped cooked ham
2 cups frozen mixed peas and carrots
8 green onions, sliced
1 cup low fat yogurt
½ c. creamy cucumber dressing or ranch dressing
1 t. dill
4 medium tomatoes sliced
2 green pepper, chopped
Lettuce leaves
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Cook peas and carrots in small amount of water in microwave. Drain. In a large mixing bowl combine pasta, peas and carrots, ham, and green onions. In small mixing bowl stir together yogurt, dressing and dill. Pour yogurt mixture over pasta and vegetable mixture. Toss until well coated. Cover and chill for 4 hours. To serve, arrange the tomato slices, lettuce lined salad plates. Stir the pasta mixture and divide mixture among plates. Garnish with green peppers. Serves 8.
