Ham Jambalaya

2 Pounds cooked ham, diced
1 1/2 Cups rice
1 Large can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
1 Green pepper, chopped
2 Cups beef broth or bouillon
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
1/2 Teaspoon thyme
2 Slices bacon, chopped
3 Green onions (tops and bulbs), chopped
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
Sauté bacon, onion, and pepper until light brown; Place uncooked rice in bottom of casserole dish. Add ham,pepper, bacon, onions, tomatoes, broth, paprika, thyme, onions and parsley. Stir. Cook, covered in 375 degree oven until rice is done, about 1 1/4 hours. Stir before serving. Serves 8.
