Ham Noodle Casserole

4 Cup cooked noodles
4 Cups diced or ground cooked ham
2 cups fat free evaporated milk
3 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 Small onion, minced
1/4 Cup diced celery or green peppers
1 Tablespoon margarine
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup bread crumbs
Sauté onion and celery in margarine. Add flour.  Stir in evaporated milk and heat until thick. In a large bowl combine noodles, ham, evaporated milk mixture, pepper, and parsley.  Spray casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.  Add noodle mixture.  Sprinkle with cheese, paprika and bread crumbs.  Bake in a 450 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.  Serves 8.
