Ice Cream Sundaes

Portion Size: ½ cup ice cream, 2 tablespoon topping

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
4 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup of topping of choiceChocolate syrup, strawberry preserves, butterscotch sauce, pineapple sauce, or caramel sauce
¼ cup unsalted nutsOptional 
1 cup light whipped toppingOptional 
8 Maraschino cherries

1In eight small bowls, place ½ cup ice cream into each bowl.Prepare as needed only.
2Top with sauce, whipped topping, nuts and a cherry. Serve immediately.
