Italian Sausage with Sweet Peppers and Pasta

2 Pounds Mild Italian Sausage
1 1/2 Pound Bow Tie Pasta
3 Medium red sweet pepper, cut into ¾ inch pieces
1 c. vegetable or beef broth
½ t. black pepper
2 T. parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare pasta according to directions on the package. Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces. In a large skillet cook sausage and sweet peppers over medium-high heat. Until sausage is brown. Drain well. Stir the broth and black pepper into skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncover for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour over pasta; add parsley. Toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serves 8.
