Kale Chips

2 lbs. Fresh Kale, washed and stems removed
1/4 t. salt
2 T. Olive Oil
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Tear kale into small pieces. (about the size of a quarter). In a large bowl, add kale and drizzle with olive oil. Gently massage oil onto the kale leaves. Sprinkle on salt. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet. Bake until crispy. About 15 minutes.
