Kale Chips

Portion Size: ½ cup

Ingredients Notes: 
2 lbs. fresh kale, Washed, trimmed and stems removed
1/4 t. salt
2 T. olive oil

1Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.  
2Tear kale into small pieces. (about the size of a quarter). Tip to remove stem: hold thick stem end of leave in one hand and grip leave in other hand. Tear leafy end in downward motion away from the stem end. 
3In a large bowl, add kale and drizzle with olive oil.  
4Gently massage oil onto the kale leaves.  Sprinkle on salt.  
5Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.  
6Bake until crispy.  About 15 minutes.  Serve.
