Lamb Chops with Mint Jelly

8 (5 ounces each) lamb chops or 16 (2 ½ oz.) lamb chops
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup Mint jelly
Preheat broiler. Trim all visible fat from pork chops. Season chops with garlic salt and pepper. Place chops on unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil for 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until done, turning meat half way through broiling. Serve with mint jelly Serves 8.
