Lemon Pork Chops

Ingredients
8 (5 ounces each) pork chops
8 Thin slices onion
8 Thin lemon slices
8 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
8 Tablespoons catsup
Instruction
Trim all visible fat from pork chops. Place chops in a baking dish. Top each pork chop with onion slice, lemon, brown sugar, and catsup. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Uncover and bake, spoon sauce onto pork chops occasionally, until done, about 15 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
