Lowfat Dill Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup lowfat yogurt
2 lemons juiced
3 Tablespoons red onion
2 Tablespoons Parsley flake
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon dried dill
¼ t. pepper
Instruction
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
