Lyonnaise or Pan Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
8 Medium potatoes
3 Tablespoons margarine
1/2 Cup finely sliced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
Wash and scrub potatoes. Peel potatoes and slice thin. In a large skillet melt margarine. Sauté onions and potatoes in margarine until tender. Serves 8.
