Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. box macaroni rings (cooked, drained, chilled)
1 1/4 Cups diced celery
8 Oz. frozen green peas
1 1/2 Cups light mayonnaise
1/2 Cup nonfat milk
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Teaspoons dijon mustard
1 Table grated onion
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
1/8 Teaspoon celery salt
1/8 Teaspoon garlic salt
Instruction
Combine mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, dijon mustard, onion, pepper, paprika, celery salt, and garlic powder. Pour over the macaroni rings, celery, and peas. Mix well. Chill several hour or overnight.
