Meatballs and Cheese Sauce

2 1/2 Pounds lean ground beef
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
1/4 Cup minced onion
2 Egg, slightly beaten
1/4 Teaspoon salt 
2 1/2 cups nonfat milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups low fat cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 Teaspoons parsley
Mix, beef, bread crumbs, onions, salt, and eggs. Shape into meatballs. Brown in skillet. Pour off drippings. In a small bowl combine cornstarch with 1/2 cup milk. In a small sauce pan heat 2 cups milk and cheese until just starts to boil. Stir in garlic salt and cornstarch mixture. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs just before serving. Top with parsley. Serves 8.
