|1 1/2 Cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup margarine, softened
2 Cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping thawed
8 inch packaged graham cracker crumb crust
|1. In a small microwave safe bowl place chocolate chips.
2. Microwave at high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
3. Set aside to cool.
4. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, and margarine until smooth.
5. On low speed blend in melted chocolate.
6. Fold in whipped topping until blended; spoon into crust. Cover; chill until smooth. Serves 8.
