Orange Marmalade Sweet Rolls

Portion Size: 1 Sweet Roll

Ingredients: Yields: 12 Sweet Rolls

Ingredients Notes: 
1 1b. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/3 cup orange marmaladeCan use sugar free marmalade
2 tablespoons raisins
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 teaspoons orange juice
For gluten free (GF): Use GF bread dough. Check all ingredients to ensure they are gluten free.

1On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12-in. x 8-in. rectangle; brush with spreadable fruit.
2Sprinkle with raisins. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal.
3Cut into 12 slices. Place cut side down in muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray.
4Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
5Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
6Immediately invert onto serving plates.
7Combine the confectioners’ sugar, orange peel and orange juice; drizzle over warm rollsStore in air tight container for up to 72 hours.  May freeze for up to 30 days
