Oriental Sauce

Ingredients
3/4 Cup water
2/3 Cup (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 Cup chopped onion
1 Large clove garlic
1/4 Cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
3 Tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 Teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 Teaspoons salt
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons ground ginger
Instruction
In blender container or food processor, combine water, tomato paste, onion, garlic, sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, soy sauce, ginger, and salt. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate. Makes about 2 cups.
