Oven Baked Tangy Chicken

Ingredients
4 1/2-5 Pounds chicken, pieces
1 Cup apricot or apricot pineapple preserves
1 Envelope dry onion soup mix
1 Bottle (8ounce) Russian salad dressing
Instruction
Place preserves, salad dressing and soup mix in a small bowl; mix thoroughly. Dip chicken pieces in mixture; place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
