Oven Browned Potatoes

Ingredients
8 Medium potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into strips
1/4 Cup olive oil
Seasoning salt to taste
Instructions
Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut potatoes into six sections. Spread in a single later in a flat ovenproof dish. Pour over olive oil. Season with seasoning salt. Stir them until coated. Bake about 30 to 40 minutes, turning several times during this period. Serves 8.
