Oven Browned Potatoes

8 medium potatoesWashed, peeled and cut lengthwise into strips
¼ cup olive oilMelted
½ teaspoon seasoning salt

1Wash and scrub potatoes. 
2Cut potatoes into six sections. 
3Spread in a single layer in a flat ovenproof dish. 
4Pour over oil. 
5Season with seasoning salt. 
6Stir them until coated. 
7Bake about 30 to 40 minutes, turning several times during this period.Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
