Parsley Potatoes

8 Medium potatoes
1/2 Teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons margarine
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Cup parlsey flakes
Wash and pare potatoes. Cut into six sections. In a medium sauce pan, cover with water and cook over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain potatoes in a colander. Season with salt, parsley, pepper, and margarine. Serves 8.
