Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients
2 Pounds lean ground beef
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons minced onion
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup instant rice
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
2 Cans tomato soup
Dash of celery salt
Instruction
1. Wash rice.
2. Combine with meat, salt, pepper, and onion.
3. Shape into balls.
4. Brown in a skillet.
5. Drain fat.
6. Combine soup with water and pour over meat balls.
7. Cook about 30 minutes over low heat. until reaches internal temperature 165 degree F.Serves 8.
