8 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thick Trim all visible fat
¼ cup low fat Italian salad dressing
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder

1 Pre oven to 350 degrees
2 Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
3 In a small bowl, blend Italian dressing, Dijon, pepper and onion powder.
4 Place pork chops in baking dish and spread with ½ sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.
5 Remove from oven. Turn over pork chops and spread on remaining sauce. Continue baking about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees with a 3 minute rest. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees with a 3- minute rest.
Discard unused mixture
Time Temperature Sensitive food. Food safety Standards: hold food for service at an internal temperature above 140 degrees F. Do not mix old product with new. Cool leftover product quickly (within 4 hours) to below 41 degrees F. Follow proper cooling procedures. Reheat leftover product quickly (within 2 hours) to 165 degrees F for 15 seconds.
