Pork Cutlets in Gravy

2 Pounds pork cutlets with fat trimmed off
1 Package pork gravy mix
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup of water
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Mix together gravy mix, mushroom soup and water. Add pork cutlets and pepper. Mix. Cook in the crock pot on low setting for 6 to 8 hour. To thicken gravy, mix 3 Tablespoons flour with 1/2 cup water. Pour in crock pot, stir, and cook on high for 30 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles. Serves 8.
