Quinoa, Plain

Whole grain quinoa is a healthy high fiber high protein whole grain. It is one of the few complete protein plant sources. It can be used in soups, salads, pilafs, stir fry and more

1 cup Quinoa
with 1 1/2 cups of water
Add Quinoa and water to sauce pan. Add cover. Let soak for 5 minutes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes. Let stand in pot with lid on for 5 minutes. Fluff quinoa gently with a fork and serve.
