Quinoa Plain

Portion Size: ½ cup

2 cups whole grain quinoaUncooked
3 cups of water

1Add quinoa and water to sauce pan. 
2Add cover. Let soak for 5 minutes. 
3Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. 
4Simmer for 15 minutes.Internal temperature 135 F.
5Let stand in pot with lid on for 5 minutes. 
6Fluff quinoa gently with a fork and serve.
