Red Potatoes with Basil

2 tablespoons vegetable oil 
2 teaspoons basil 
½ teaspoon garlic power 
8 medium red potatoesWashed and trimmed.

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 
2In a bowl combine Parmesan cheese, oil, basil and garlic powder. 
3Cut potatoes into quarters. 
4Add potatoes to cheese mixture and toss to coat. 
5Spray baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. 
6Bake potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until crisp and tender.Internal Temperature 135 F.
