Red Potatoes with Basil

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons basil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
8 medium red potatoes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl combine Parmesan cheese, oil, basil and garlic powder. Cut potatoes into quarters. Add potatoes to cheese mixture and toss to coat. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Bake potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until crisp and tender. Serves 8.
